**PROPOSED POLICY — not effective until approved, incorporated into an accepted platform agreement and supported by operational review and enforcement.**

Operator: Jolts Inc.. Service: Jolts. Effective: Not effective — draft preview. Reports and appeals: [contact@jolts.xyz](mailto:contact@jolts.xyz).

## 1. Scope and accountability

This policy applies to proposed creatives, destinations, campaign instructions, publisher properties, placements, integrations, events and sponsored polls. Advertisers remain responsible for their claims and offers; publishers remain responsible for their properties, user experience and the information they submit. The Operator may review and decline material, but review is not legal approval, professional advice or a guarantee that unlawful content will always be detected.

Each party must have authority to supply its content and data. Agencies must identify the advertiser and have authority to place the campaign and accept its obligations. No participant may imply that an unrelated AI provider, publisher or other brand endorses the offer or is an inventory partner without authorization.

## 2. Prohibited material and conduct

Do not submit unlawful goods/services; fraud, phishing or impersonation; malware; material facilitating exploitation or abuse; hateful or threatening content; non-consensual intimate material; infringing/counterfeit content; deceptive subscriptions or hidden charges; or destinations designed to circumvent review. Do not evade a rejection by rotating domains, accounts or substantively identical creatives. Do not obstruct security testing of an approved destination.

Claims must be truthful, substantiated and appropriate to the audience and market. Do not invent testimonials, customer counts, scientific conclusions, scarcity, performance comparisons or earnings guarantees. Clearly identify material terms, recurring payments, eligibility and limitations. Any endorsement or incentive requires appropriate disclosure. AI-generated creative is not exempt from these requirements and must not fabricate a real person's endorsement.

## 3. Restricted categories and launch exclusions

**[DECISION: approve the permitted-category matrix and review capabilities.]** The recommended initial policy is to exclude political/election advertising, gambling, adult sexual services/content, weapons, tobacco/nicotine, controlled substances, high-risk financial products and medical-treatment claims unless a written category-specific review authorizes a lawful and operationally supported exception. These are proposed commercial boundaries, not assertions that all such categories are unlawful everywhere.

Any permitted regulated category needs the actual licenses, market restrictions, age/audience controls, claim substantiation and required disclosures. A general representation that the advertiser complies with law is not a substitute for required platform review or controls. No exception may authorize unlawful content.

## 4. Sensitive context and children

Do not use sensitive personal information to select or personalize an ad unless an explicitly approved lawful scope and technical controls permit it. The proposed launch scope excludes such targeting. Do not infer a person's vulnerability, health condition, religion, political belief, sexuality or other protected trait from their conversation and then exploit it for advertising.

Exclude child-directed properties and known child-user ad requests under the proposed launch policy. **[DECISION: define intended audiences, age signals, applicable minor thresholds and escalation; do not treat the business customer's age as the end user's age.]** If permission, audience or context signals are missing or unsuitable, the publisher and Operator must use the approved no-ad behavior instead of defaulting to eligibility.

Do not send full histories, private credentials or unrelated personal details when a minimal context request is sufficient. Conversation storage, where approved, is governed by its own purpose, access and retention schedule; it does not grant a general right to target, resell or train on the conversation.

## 5. Ad presentation and organic answers

Paid content must be recognizable as advertising at the point it appears, with clear sponsor identification and the disclosure required for that format and market. Do not disguise an ad as the model's independent conclusion, a system notification, a user message, or an unpaid recommendation. A disclosure that is cropped, low-contrast, hidden behind a click or only present on the destination may not adequately identify the paid placement.

Publishers must preserve required disclosure and tracking semantics when adapting rendering to their UI. Keep the ordinary answer and the user's task available; do not rewrite the substantive organic answer to misrepresent a paid preference. Use actual platform capabilities: for example, a messaging surface that supports plain messages must not show an unsupported rich-ad interface as if it were live.

No ad is required where no eligible placement exists. Do not fabricate an ad, fill an empty slot with unrelated content, or report an impression for a placement that was not delivered under the measurement rules.

## 6. Destinations and user choice

The destination must match the advertised offer, identify the responsible business, function on intended devices and avoid deceptive redirects or downloads. Make total pricing and significant conditions understandable before commitment. Do not obscure navigation, force unrelated consent, open disruptive overlays or make the original task dependent on interacting with an ad.

An ad click permits navigation, not blanket consent to tracking, later marketing or sensitive processing. Lead collection requires an accurate notice and the specific permission/basis required for the intended use. The advertiser may not reuse received lead information for an undisclosed incompatible purpose.

## 7. Sponsored polls

Clearly identify sponsorship, the question's purpose and whether/how answers are shared. Participation is voluntary and must not block the underlying experience. Do not require a response as a condition of access.

The proposed launch policy prohibits requests for passwords, account credentials, precise identifiers or sensitive personal information in sponsored polls. Avoid free-text fields until moderation and data controls are in place. Results describe respondents only; do not call them representative of all users or treat a response as proof of purchase intent or consent to unrelated contact.

Do not preselect a response, fabricate answers, incentivize hidden bias, or count duplicates contrary to the agreed measurement rules. Report any disclosed incentives and material sampling limits.

## 8. Valid traffic and measurement

No bots, click farms, hidden placements, auto-clicks, stacked ads, fabricated conversions, replayed events, forced engagement, unauthorized incentivized traffic or manipulation of visibility measurements. Public search/agent retrieval of website content is permitted under Website Terms but is not human billable ad engagement merely because it requested a page.

Follow the signed measurement schedule for event definitions, timestamps, deduplication, identity scope and reconciliation. Do not suppress required events, retry them as new events, or report a server response as a viewable impression. A response may be a separately named billable event only if expressly agreed; never label it viewable without satisfying the specified visibility criteria. Review suspected invalid traffic using proportionate evidence and allow the contractual dispute process.

## 9. Enforcement and review

The Operator may reject, pause or remove affected material, restrict an affected property or suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent violations or harm. Use urgent action where needed for security or unlawful content; otherwise provide a reason and an opportunity to correct where practicable. Do not promise a review deadline that the business cannot operationally meet.

Participants can request review at [contact@jolts.xyz](mailto:contact@jolts.xyz), identifying the campaign or property and grounds for review without attaching unnecessary personal data. Explain the outcome where appropriate, while protecting security and confidential information. Billing adjustments, revenue holds and termination follow the accepted commercial agreement; policy enforcement is not an unrestricted licence to confiscate unrelated earned amounts.

Material policy changes require notice under the platform agreement, with urgent exceptions for legal or security needs. Preserve the versions applicable to each campaign or accepted order and document approved exceptions.
