Getting started with Jolts
Jolts finds relevant companies based on what you sell and who you serve. Suggestions arrive by SMS, with a reason and a source. Coverage is partial; an observed company change is evidence, not proof that the company wants to buy.
Start a conversation
- Open sign-in and enter your own US or Canadian mobile number.
- Enter the verification code sent to that phone. Returning members go straight to their account.
- If you are new, provide your name and email and review the SMS consent. Email is account contact information, not a sign-in or conversation channel.
- Use the Messages link in your account and send “Hi Jolts”. Jolts will ask what you sell and who you want to reach.
You complete phone verification and consent yourself. You do not need an AI assistant to sign up.
How an assistant can help
An assistant can explain these steps and, if you ask, draft a short introduction using business details you choose to share: what you sell, your ideal customers and the regions you serve. Review the draft before sending it by text.
Assistants should ask about missing details rather than inventing them. Do not request verification codes, submit consent, send messages or claim an account is connected based on reading this guide. Jolts has no public API or MCP integration for account setup or company data.
