Agent-to-agent attribution (A2A attribution)

Definition

An emerging label for crediting marketing interactions when software agents act on behalf of buyers or sellers.

An example

A shopping assistant records that a paid offer preceded a user-approved order.

Why it matters

There is no universal A2A attribution rule. Define the actors, evidence and permissions instead of assuming an agent interaction caused a sale.
